It is reported to be very difficult to reach Store support by phone at present, but this article will help you find the phone number.

You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent and should tell the Virtual Agent (probably many times) that you want to speak to an agent.

    I have the same problem. Charges for an XBox (which I do not own). I am 69 years old, and although I try to think of myself as young at heart, I do not, nor have I ever owned an XBox. This charge has been going on for over 3 years now, and I am really tired of paying for NOTHING. I do not have an account

    Good Morning I have a direct debit from account which is for $99.00 (Microsoft 36 (via Microsoft) msbill.info 15 November 2020  12:51pm (syd?melb time) I don't have an account.
