It is reported to be very difficult to reach Store support by phone at present, but this article will help you find the phone number.

You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent and should tell the Virtual Agent (probably many times) that you want to speak to an agent.

    This is very disappointing and not worthy of Microsoft. I simply want to know what I'm being charged for and no one at Microsoft seems to know. What happens if I cancel payment. What do I lose?
