It is reported to be very difficult to reach Store support by phone at present, but this article will help you find the phone number.

You will be sent first to the Virtual Agent and should tell the Virtual Agent (probably many times) that you want to speak to an agent.

    Stop charging 99.99 on my credit card. You need to refund this asap. I didn't order this Microsoft 365 and don't use it. If the 99.99 isn't credited back to my credit  back to my card within ten days, I will be turn this business into the Better Business Bureau.
