Cannot enable OneDrive 'Camera Upload'

Hello,

I want to free up space on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.

When I try to enable 'Free up space on the device' in the OneDrive app, I get the message:

'Camera upload must be enabled ...'

The problem is that there is no camera upload setting anymore.

Or am I missing something here ...?

I use the latest version of Android and version 6.1.1 of OneDrive.

Thanks!

Try the following steps I just did a few mins ago and It worked.

    • Turn the camera upload off
    • Remove all permissions
    • Turn the camera upload back on

Yes, thanks for that. Re-activate samsung account on my phone and went to my account on Web. Once I unlink my Microsoft account, I was able to turn Camera upload in onedrive back on. Thanks.

My issue is OneDrive won't let me camera upload to my personal account. When i select camera upload, it only gives me my work account as an upload option. I've tried removing my accounts and readding only the personal account, but then i can't click camera upload at all.

Samsung S9 on Verizon (which, because Verizon, doesn't have the feature in Gallery to upload to OneDrive from there)
