Yes, thanks for that. Re-activate samsung account on my phone and went to my account on Web. Once I unlink my Microsoft account, I was able to turn Camera upload in onedrive back on. Thanks.

Hello,
I want to free up space on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.
When I try to enable 'Free up space on the device' in the OneDrive app, I get the message:
'Camera upload must be enabled ...'
The problem is that there is no camera upload setting anymore.
Or am I missing something here ...?
I use the latest version of Android and version 6.1.1 of OneDrive.
Thanks!

Try the following steps I just did a few mins ago and It worked.
I believe I have fixed this issue (btw found it on this thread too, a couple of pages back). Removing the Samsung app/service from your Microsoft account is only half the solution (https://account.live.com/consent/Manage). You also need remove the Microsoft account in "Connected services" from your Samsung account (https://account.samsung.com/membership/contents/services/services-gate).

Dear All,
I had the same problem on my Samsung Note10 Lite, and chanced upon a solution. Do Try this sequence: -
I find that the above actions seem to have enabled (in OneDrive app settings), the options of 'Gallery Sync' as well as 'Clean Up Space on your device', which were unresponsive / greyed out, erstwhile.
Hope this helps...
Regards
In my case I removed Samsung account from my phone and 'camera upload' was available again in onedrive app.
I remember recently resetting my Samsung account on my phone but don't remember allowing it to automatically upload photos from camera to samsun cloud. I guess Samsung cloud backup disable ability to upload to onedrive from camera.
