Office Lens won't upload to Onedrive and stays in Transfering modus

After making a picture in Office Lens, and saving is to Onedrive, more and more files keep transferring, trying to upload. This is not happening all times, but I think it has to do with the internet connection at the moment of saving. Normally, the transferring time is aborted by a time-out, and you can retry to upload the (pdf) file. Most times it works, but now is stays in transfering mode and I cannot access the picture anymore. Please support me.

I have changed network connections, for over a month I have continued to successfully use the app for new scans & pics.  It is just these older ones that never fully uploaded are shown in “transferring” status.   You cannot do anything with them, click on them, or change where they were originally supposed to be uploaded.  They are stuck in a continuous “transferring” status.

You can see the pic from my previous post, 11_10_...ce Lens is an abbreviation for the date I originally tried to scan the document (11/10/2019) using OfficeLens on my iPhone.  I as i stated I have used the app many times since that date including today with success, it is just these scans and a few others that are stuck in this “Transferring” status - regardless of the network I am on; wifi, LTE, 5G, 2.4G, whatever ... at home, at church, at hotels, coffee shops, etc....

I also have the exact same issue. It is not possible to press the "Retry" button or do anything else but delete the Pictures (which I am not willing to do, as I need them for documentation purposes (of course - otherwise I wouldn't have taken any pictures).

I am using an iPhone X with latest iOS and OfficeLens versions.

Looking forward to quick help on this issue!
