Office Lens won't upload to Onedrive and stays in Transfering modus

After making a picture in Office Lens, and saving is to Onedrive, more and more files keep transferring, trying to upload. This is not happening all times, but I think it has to do with the internet connection at the moment of saving. Normally, the transferring time is aborted by a time-out, and you can retry to upload the (pdf) file. Most times it works, but now is stays in transfering mode and I cannot access the picture anymore. Please support me.

I am having the same problem, tried to save some scans as a pdf to my OneDrive as well as some pictures to my OneDrive.  The "wheel" or "circle" just keeps spinning since 11/10/2019, I cannot stop it - it just keeps spinning.  As stated earlier, when this happened in the past the circle would at least eventually stop and you could "Retry" once wifi or cellular data was better to upload it to my OneDrive.  Some of these pdf's I need to access now, so I am at a loss, while others (pics of my mileage) will be lost as support for tax time.  I am considering deleting the app and reinstalling, will this delete all data including the pdf's stuck in "transferring" mode or will all of the data remain?  Obviously, an data that was saved to OneDrive will not be lost - just he transferring pdfs and pics if any.   I am using an iPhone 8 Plus with the latest updates on iOS

I have recieved an update with our internal support team. They advised that the reason for this issue is a poor connection or server timeout error. It's best to upload the file again using a different network connection or OneDrive account.

let us know how it goes, if you need further assistance, reply to this post.

    No.

Thank you for responding.  However, the internal team does not appear to understand the problem.  Yes the cause of the issue was a poor connection at the initial attempt of uploading the file.  The real issue now is that the app continuously shows that these files are in the process of “transferring” but never do.  I have a number of files that were scanned with the app on 11/10/2019 that will not upload and will not stop “spinning” as if trying to connect.  Usually when this occurs a window will pop up to “retry” which you can easily do at a later time when you have a better connection.

Lastly, I cannot simply upload a file that was a picture from a specific time/event, more than likely that will be lost unless they can come up with a better answer.  I’d be happy to send

a picture/screen shot of the issue.

We are suggesting to change the network connection to isolate the issue. You can also try to upload the files to a different OneDrive account to check if the same issue happens.

Update us with the outcome so we can continue to assist you.
