Office Lens won't upload to Onedrive and stays in Transfering modus

After making a picture in Office Lens, and saving is to Onedrive, more and more files keep transferring, trying to upload. This is not happening all times, but I think it has to do with the internet connection at the moment of saving. Normally, the transferring time is aborted by a time-out, and you can retry to upload the (pdf) file. Most times it works, but now is stays in transfering mode and I cannot access the picture anymore. Please support me.

I'm an Office 365 E3 subscriber. Where else is it ok to not deliver on functionality and just "wait" until the functionality I purchased, works?

I had to switch my backups to Google G-Suite.

It's like having a backup.leased car because the first one isn't reliable.

I'm no longer going to accept this type of policy. It doesn't happen in other industries. I urge others to demand a discount / repayment of alternative services necessary to run operations at no fault of our own.

I still don't have anything in Private Messages to respond to, in order to provide contact details that you have requested.

    Hi MarkPhillipsVN,

I consulted our internal support team about this concern, I told them if I could provide contact numbers for other affected users, and they advised that they will request for it, if they need to but for now they strongly recommend for affected users to wait for a general solution for this issue once we have an update. Please extend your patience on this issue.

    Regards,

    Bob
