Hi, I bought the yearly subscription for Office home last week and I want to cancel it. Please help me. I tried to cancel but I can't anymore.

I do not believe that I have ever subscribed to Office 365.
If I did, it was a mistake..
I have office 2013.
So, I don't have and don't want 365, please
adjust what ever has to be changed...okay...?
All of a sudden muy doc. , Word, wont work- giving me
a terrible problem--I'm hung up!
