Cancel subscription of Office 365 and ask for refund.  What is the procedure ?

    Hello i wouid like to cancel my subscription as i do not need anymore and dont have either one of the computers and also  my company gave me a laptop that has everything i need. Can you please tell me how to cancel and get a refund i just renewed? Thank you for  your help

    I have already tried those methods.

    Whenever i click on manage and the on cancel subscription i get the following message

    "We can’t cancel your subscription

    You’ve already paid for your Microsoft 365 Family subscription which expires automatically on 12/06/2021"

    Also i tried calling customer care multiple times but i dont get the voice from the other side.

    Hello, I cancelled my office subscription today and would like a refund. I did not receive an email with confirmation of the cancellation and processing of the refund.
