Cancel subscription of Office 365 and ask for refund.  What is the procedure ?

    A 70 dollar charge was just removed from my account. I need this refunded and i need this subscription cancelled as it has not been used.

    "I finally got the phone number for customer service and just hit 0 for customer service and got a. Refund right away 1-877 696-7786 if you chose another number you will be taken right back to the web sight so just go 0"

    Payment was taken from my paypal account ******@hotmail.co.uk.

     i have business subscription so do not require this.
