cancel subscription and ask for refund

Nothing has worked getting Me down

my subscription auto-renewed on 04-10-2020, less than a month ago.  I just canceled it because it is a duplicate account and I qualify for a refund because my cancellation is less than 1 month after my renewal.  Can I get confirmation that I canceled in time for a full refund?  This will help me to be sure that my credit card company follows up with a credit to my account

I was recently charged for twi subscriptions i was unaware of obe for 184 and change and another fir 27 and change. Tgis money came out of my account and have made me unable to pay my rent.   I need these refunded please and subscriptions canceled.   I have tried many different ways to reach someone. I am failing miserably.

I finally got the phone number for customer service and just hit 0 for customer service and got a. Refund right away 1-877)696-7786 if you chose another number you will be taken right back to the web sight so just go 0

I have cancelled my subscription to office 365. I have shut down my business due to going on disabiliy. I thought i had cancelled it before my recurring subscrition. Now that I’ve cancelled, it states I cannot get a refund.
