cancel subscription and ask for refund

Hi ,

I just cancelled my subscription today 27th May 2020

for microsoft 365 @usd119.

How long shall i get the refund?

Yes I found this out before I had your reply. The spam was perpetrated on this site as if it was an answer to my question and appears legitimate when it is done that way. But is a all a way to make you a captive audience and keep you on the phone for a long time trying to make your self believe you have been had.

On a lighter note. I was able to finally reach a person by a new number I found on the web for the real Microsoft who connected me to the refund department who was helpful, courteous and said they would grant a refund. I am waiting to see if this actually happens before I celebrate.

Thanks for your help. Too bad as big as Microsoft is, they have allowed all this potential for cheating its customers to remain and they reap the benefit of not giving refunds due to people giving up before it happens. Disappointed in Bill Gates being affiliated with such company activities. I am sure this could be fixed.

The REAL MICROSOFT number is 1-877-696-7786, not ending in 87.

A Google search for 8776967787 didn't find evidence that it's not another number for Microsoft Store.

With business phone numbers being as they are, it would not be unusual for 7786 and 7787 to belong to the same business.

99.99 has been taken out of our checking account as of today and i tried to cancel yesterday  when it was pending. Please refund  my payment and cancel subscription 365
