    I want my money bacc

I received my subscription money back. This took me about a month. I had to get the correct phone number and speak to a person. Do this by looking on Microsoft.com and trying the number for  customer service representative until you speak to a person. Not sure of your circumstances. Explain to them and I hope you get a refund. Don't give up until you are speaking to someone. They were nice and helpful, once I got a human not a machine to talk to.

    Good luck to you.

    Sandra
