    I need to cancel the 365 subscription due to I already have it and want a refund. I did not get a notice before billing as I was told I would before the end of the trial period.

    Hey Vijay 

    I would u t help me out here. I had downloaded the office 365 for a trial period of 30 days and after the 30  days trial precisely today . The subscription has being charged for a year from my account.  I dnt want the software I want to cancel the subscription and I want a refund. Please help me out . I have tried using ur steps mentioned and everytime either there is no optioning the site like u mentioned there would be .

    If I bought a subscription (365)yesterday and today I cancel it, how can i get the refund ?

    I am facing the same issue . how to resolve this and get refund ?
