Your problem seems like it would be easy  to solve, since your message says you have an account paid in February. Not sure how you reach a person and don't have to deal with these virtual things that can't reason! My problem is different I missed the deadline to cancel by 1 day to avoid paying for something I tried and did not want or like after working on office for a few hours. I did not get notice before they deducted. I am sure this is on purpose. Why would a company want to give a sure  thing of money back. But I will not give up and will figure out how to speak to a person about this. I think this is the only way either of us will get our money back. I personally cannot throw 103 dollars in the garbage and say "oh well". I won't give up. All companies have return policies, so this one should also. I didn't like Microsoft Office. I thought it was difficult to use.  So keep trying Sylvia that is what I plan to do. Good luck to you in getting your money back!!

I need to cancel the 365 subscription due to I already have it and want a refund. I did not get a notice before billing as I was told I would before the end of the trial period.

I did not get a notice of the billing either until after the fact!!

    Hi ,freddyvandenabeele

I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. I am here to work with you on this problem.

    1. Sign in to the https://account.microsoft.com/services page with the Microsoft account associated with your Office 365 subscription
    2. Look for the Cancel link or Expires on date.

If you see a Cancel link under the subscription name, select Cancel. You might be given the choice to get a refund for unused time. If you choose to get a refund, the subscription will go into View Only or reduced functionality mode immediately. Otherwise, you'll have access to your subscription until it expires.

If you don't see an option to Cancel, you might have turned off automatic renewal and won't receive additional charges. You don't need to cancel. Your subscription will end on the Expires on date.

If you don't see an option to Cancel, and you see Paid with and None, your subscription will end on the Expires on date. There's no need to cancel because you won't receive additional charges.

You may receive a refund if you:

Bought a yearly subscription within the last 30 days, OR.

Bought a monthly subscription, and cancel within 30 days of your last renewal date.

Do let me know if you require any further help on this. Will be glad to help you.

I was 1 day late in canceling Microsoft Office. I cannot find out how to get a refund. I just remembered and my credit card has been billed. I will never have the need for this product again. I am retired as of 03/31/20. I tried it for 1 short few hours and I feel I deserve a refund and will even accept a partial refund. I have stopped the subscription and recurring charge today. I cannot find an option for refund in the help pages. I hope someone can help me get this exorbitant charge of 103 dollars off my credit card. I used this item for maybe 0 minutes and will never use it again. I went in today and saw the charge and realized it was 05/02/20 and knew I needed to cancel. But no option for  refund. This is not right for something used for a few minutes and not  needed an 1 day late in  the return policy.

    Repectfully,

    Sandra
