Cancel subscription of Office 365 and ask for refund.  What is the procedure ?

    Just follow the above process and let me know you are stuck somewhere.

    I want to cancel my current suscription also becaus ethe amount has been deducted

    I received a credit card bill letting my know I was charged 108.24 for a subscription that I didn't even order. This needs to be canceled and a complete refund needs to be credited back to my credit card I'm not sure how this happened or what it is even for. I don't need microsoft office 365
