Am i able to get a refund and cancel the current subscription or not?
I am having the same problem. I cancelled the Microsoft Office subscription and auto renew feature but yesterday I was charged for a full year. Now it says I can not cancel and there is no where for a refund option. Contacting a live agent is not working. I would like a response from Microsoft and a full refund. Thanks.

Iv tried to cancel it goes to refund then says i cant cos iv paid for a year 😢
I need to cancel the 365 subscription due to I already have it and want a refund. I did not get a notice before billing as I was told I would before the end of the trial period.
