I have just been charged for a yearly Autodesk sub to which I no longer use and have not used in a while. I am asking for a refund because I have very limited internet and it is unusable to me.

I got charged after 30 day free trial and need to be refunded back the $122 I was charged as I no longer have computer or laptop or need office
It has turned into a fiasco because Im getting the run around about getting a refund. The microsoft customer service is awful online and my account was debited 3 days before the expiration date. Do not get automatic payments. Horrible experience.
