Hi, I bought the yearly subscription for Office home last week and I want to cancel it. Please help me. I tried to cancel but I can't anymore.
Hi ... in my previous job (left on Sept 30th) I paid for access to office 365 personal via my personal credit card and have just noticed that the £59.99 renewal automatically got debited on Oct 23rd but as I am no longer with that company and therefore no longer require the serviceI'd like to know how I can get a full refund, please ?
I have been on you 'payments and settings' page and it only gives me the option to cancel with effect 23 Oct 2020, there is no mention of how i claim for a refund for this year ?
