cancel subscription and ask for refund

I ordered a 30 day free subscription back in May 2020. I cancelled within that time frame but was charged anyway. I activated it again on June 13, 2020 and $107 was taken from my account again. Please fix this error. Thank you

Hi there had been a charge on my account. Made on 5/7/2020 in the about of 107 dollars. I have been requesting a refund with no response. Please refund my account of that last membership service. I did not authorize that purchase. Thanks
