cancel subscription and ask for refund

Request a call back as i'd cancell my subscription for usd119 on March 27 till now no reply from your side guyss. pls act accordingly.

A 70 dollar charge was just removed from my account. I need this refunded and i need this subscription cancelled as it has not been used.

When I try to cancel the subscription its says that thers no need as it will end automatically after a year.
