The document library view for a specific site (/sitename/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx) shows the document library briefly, and then changes to a blank white page. It doesn't happen to all users. It does happen to one of the site owners. The user with this problem is using Chrome, but so are the users who are not experiencing this problem. What could be causing this?

As far as I can tell this is tenant-wide and affects all users and all sites. It seems intermittent because the vast majority of users do not use the Filter pane.
I have just created a new site, and asked a random user -who has not seen this fault before- to go to the shared Docs library and enable the filter. When they refreshed the page the issue appeared.
The only browser I can recreate this in is Chrome, on Windows 10. Workaround at present is to not use Chrome.
The error came after a edit/save draft of a sitePage. This worked for me: F12 -> Application -> Clear storage -> Clear site data.
This is actually affecting every site in our tenant (at least 100 tested), including ones where no site pages have been modified. Clear site data doesn't work for me.
See my post in this thread about how to reproduce. The issue is intermittent, clearing cache or storage does not fix it. Microsoft has acknowledged that they can reproduce it and there is an active ticket that they are working from..
In our experience, as far as Chrome is concerned at least, clearing ALL cached data (not cookies, passwords etc) is enough to always resolve the issue.
Currently we only have reports of this problem for 2 tenants that we work with. We have some who rely on browser access to SharePoint a lot but use IE11 in Windows 10 and we haven't had any reports from them. It doesn't of course mean they don't have the problem. We have only one client who has this problem regularly and only 2 members of staff who experience the issue. If it is filter pane related then perhaps it also depends on what types of filters would be appearing for a particular library. I've gone into a library on our system using Edge and tried various things with the Filter pane open and I haven't experienced the issue so any more information to help identify the specifics of the cause of the issue so we can at least advise our users of things to do to try to mitigate, rather than them having to keep clearing the browser cache, then that would be useful.

I assume this will be difficult for us, as on a number of sites we are building site pages with links to filtered versions of various libraries, to help people get related collections of documents. Ugh. Waiting for the complaints to roll in...
