The document library view for a specific site (/sitename/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx) shows the document library briefly, and then changes to a blank white page. It doesn't happen to all users. It does happen to one of the site owners. The user with this problem is using Chrome, but so are the users who are not experiencing this problem. What could be causing this?

    Hi All,

Sorry for the late reply and the inconvenience caused by this issue. We have been monitoring this thread and collecting your feedback for some time, although for now, we could not reproduce the issue on our side, we will do more tests to investigate the problem. As a current workaround, if you meet the same problem, please try clearing cache for all time on Chrome or other browsers, as some users mentioned it could work.

Thank you all for participating in this and your patience. We will post back as soon as any updates come out.

    Best regards,

    Oliver

    Hi Oliver,

We have more data for you. The issue has nothing to do with browser cache or cookies, it's actually intermittent and tied to the loading of the filter pane. We can reproduce it here on any computer. Go to a SPO document library with the filter pane enabled. Keep hitting refresh until you get the blank page. This usually takes 3-5 times of refreshing before breaking.

Also, when the page loads successfully, simply unticking the filter button prevents the issue from re-occuring. We tried many many times to reproduce with the filter button unselected and each time the page loaded successfully.

No problem! Happy to help with getting closer to the root cause. This issue has been a major frustration for our users who rely on SPO for document management.

I did open an official ticket with Microsoft today after I discovered how to reproduce the issue. I'll update this thread when/if I have more information.
