The document library view for a specific site (/sitename/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx) shows the document library briefly, and then changes to a blank white page. It doesn't happen to all users. It does happen to one of the site owners. The user with this problem is using Chrome, but so are the users who are not experiencing this problem. What could be causing this?

Hi Oliver
This isn't that much of an isolated issue it appears. One of our clients is getting this problem intermittently. So far 2 separate users have had the issue on separate days and I had the same problem myself on a different client's SharePoint just yesterday. In each case I believe the problem was in Chrome though as far as I am aware no other browsers have been tried. The problem is always resolved by clearing the cached browser data (just data not cookies or passwords etc). One user tried clearing just the last 4 weeks cached data as the problem had only occurred on one day but that did not resolve the issue. He had to clear all cached browser data to get it fixed. It initially happened before Christmas for both users on that site, with one of them experiencing the issue again yesterday and today and as I said I had it yesterday. Any suggestion as to what could be causing this to occur and a better fix than having to keep clearing the cache?
Thanks
Paul.
Thanks for this comment, Paul--good to know it isn't just me! If it happens again, it's good to know that perhaps clearing the cached data will help.

We have the exact same issue. The cause was the uBlock Origin extension in Chrome. Once we whitelisted our SPO sub-domain within uBlock Origin, the issue when away. Clearing the cache was not necessary to fix.
Can you verify that you are using uBlock Origin in Chrome?
EDIT: Sorry all - uBlock Origin is not the issue. We have our SPO URL whitelisted in uBlock Origin and users are still continuing to have the problem.
No extensions in my Chrome at least and pretty sure the clients don't have uBlock either but would have to verify that. Only non-Google extension I have is McAfee WebAdvisor.
