The document library view for a specific site (/sitename/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx) shows the document library briefly, and then changes to a blank white page. It doesn't happen to all users. It does happen to one of the site owners. The user with this problem is using Chrome, but so are the users who are not experiencing this problem. What could be causing this?

we have identified a recent code change that introduced the issue and we reverted it.
this should be solved by now. Can you please test again ?
No. When the issue is replicated only 1 additional error shows in F12, which was mentioned earlier in the thread.
ALL pages show the below JS error though, but this seems to be normal as the pages work fine.
On chrome if you press f12 > console window do you see a javascript error ?

We raised a service request about this problem yesterday. We were told they wanted to "wait a few days" to see if a service health incident appeared for the issue and would not investigate until then. This is frustrating.
I also got a notification of a message from you on this thread that an incident SP200130 had been posted to SHD, but it doesn't appear on my SHD, and I also can't see your message anymore.
