Document Library view displays blank page

The document library view for a specific site (/sitename/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx) shows the document library briefly, and then changes to a blank white page. It doesn't happen to all users. It does happen to one of the site owners. The user with this problem is using Chrome, but so are the users who are not experiencing this problem. What could be causing this?

we have identified a recent code change that introduced the issue and we reverted it.

    Hi NoorA,

    As the issue has been resolved for multiple users, but you still have the issue, we would like to collect information below to check whether the issue you have is having the same cause. Whether they are the same issue. 

    1. Based on other member's reply, when users have the issue, they can see this error appear using the Chrome dev console (F12) right when the page goes blank. 

    react-mini-c64a18c1.js:118 TypeError: Cannot read property 'getEffectiveViewXml' of undefined

    Do you get the same error? 

    1. Can you provide a screenshot about the issue?
    2. Does the issue affect multiple types of browsers?

    Bruno, I have 500 staff member around the world today the 16th facing this issue, I would appreciate if the issue was flagged in the admin center. What should we do to get this resolved asap?
