The document library view for a specific site (/sitename/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx) shows the document library briefly, and then changes to a blank white page. It doesn't happen to all users. It does happen to one of the site owners. The user with this problem is using Chrome, but so are the users who are not experiencing this problem. What could be causing this?

Very simply stated I want to pay my bill. the Payment that used to exist is no longer valid I no longer have a credit card with a number 0095. I want to change my payment method to use my checking account. This is not rocket science. This process should indeed must be simple and effective. Currently your system is anything but simple of effective. I'm becoming very weary of the run around I'm getting from Microsoft. Get on the ball and fix the problem so I can pay you! This is beyond stupid.
come on folks I'm trying to pay my bill! This is not rocket science. If your system is so sophisticated that one can not deal with it as is the case in my situation the blame goes to you. Again, I have been trying all this past week to crack the code an pay my bill with no success. I guess it is a form of rocket science! you have a billing problem that should not exist. I have two words of guidance for you FIX IT.
