We just bought a new computer and a copy of office home and student 2019 and can not get it to load.

From your Office Account at: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ Sign in with the same email address and password for the Microsoft Account that you used when you first setup Office.
The first time you installed Office, you should have been asked to associate the product with an account. That is the account you should use for future (re-)installations (https://account.microsoft.com/services/).
