We just bought a new computer and a copy of office home and student 2019 and can not get it to load.

    I don't know if there is a specific contact for installation and activation.

    Rhonda, if you have a Product Key for Office Home and Student 2019 you can set it up from here:  

    http://www.office.com/setup  (You need to use the email address and password for a Microsoft Account as well as the Product Key)
