We just bought a new computer and a copy of office home and student 2019 and can not get it to load.

We are having trouble installing Office Home and Student on our new computer.

We had Office 365 on our old computer and had the information transferred to our new computer. Now it keeps coming up that we want to renew 365 but we installed Home and Student so we don't need to renew every year.

How do we activate Home and Student ?

Uninstall the preinstalled trial version of Microsoft 365. Repair the installation of Office Home & Student.
