how to install office home and student 2019 on a new computer

We just bought a new computer and a copy of office home and student 2019 and can not get it to load.

    i have a card for office home & student 2019 can you help me get it dowloaded

    If your computer has a preinstalled office trial, you need to uninstall that before trying to install the software from the card key. then go to office,com/setup and follow the prompts. you have to scratch off the blue strip at the bottom of the back of the card to reveal the key number that is 25 characters long. good luck
