Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
I removed the free trial, but still was not able to upload the office home and student. So now I have nothing!

How did you purchase Office and how did you install it the first time? Is your version of Office associated with an online account at https://account.microsoft.com/services?

This product key has already been used. Install from your Microsoft account
How do I do this?
we had a electric outage turned computer on office wood not come on
Richard, when you first installed your Office Home and Student 2019 with a Product Key and a Microsoft Account at: http://www.office.com/setup Microsoft sets up an Office Account for by integrating the Product Key and the Microsoft Account. The Office Account can be used in place of the Product Key. In fact you can only use the Product Key once to install Office. Thereafter, you must reinstall Office from the Office Account at: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ Sign in with the same Microsoft Account that you used to setup Office for the first time.
PS: your Office may just need repairing>Right click on the Windows 10 Start Button>Choose App and Features>Scroll down the Apps to your Office>Click on it>Choose Modify>Choose Quick repair.
If you reinstall from the Office Account make sure that you uninstall Office first.
