how to install office home and student 2019 on a new computer

We just bought a new computer and a copy of office home and student 2019 and can not get it to load.

    thank you Stefan for your reply.  The phone number citation was what I needed.  It turned out that the key was not valid.  I was able to return the key and had no difficulty getting the software installed.

    I purchased a New computer in 2019 from Office Depot.

    It is now toast and does not work.  I was forced to purchase a NEW

    one and I wish to reload my Office Home & Student software onto

    my NEW computer.

    I have attempted to do so but receive notification that it has already been used.

    Please help me used your this software package on my new computer.

    Same as above.  Location keeps saying "not Available" How long before I can install the program?
