how to install office home and student 2019 on a new computer

We just bought a new computer and a copy of office home and student 2019 and can not get it to load.

    I removed the free trial, but still was not able to upload the office home and student.  So now I have nothing!

    How did you purchase Office and how did you install it the first time? Is your version of Office associated with an online account at https://account.microsoft.com/services?

    I purchased a new laptop and Microsoft office home and student 2019.  I set up the office produce according to the instructions and entered the product key.  Now i can't get microsoft office to work at all.  Sometime after I uploaded the product, I got a notification to change something on my account - it made me use an outlook email when previously I had a gmail email on my account.  Now it doesn't seem to recognize my account or the association with the product key.  

    I can't seem to change back my account email.   This is very frustrating as I paid for the product and can't get it to download. 

    And of course, I can't talk to a human being - only online tech help and they don't seem to understand the problem.  Just keep going in circles.

    My problem fully corrected and I am very, very grateful to Nilai.  She corrected the issue and activated my account. I cannot ask for anything more!  Again, to her, a million thanks are due.
