We just bought a new computer and a copy of office home and student 2019 and can not get it to load.

Thanks but I already tried this and got an initial call back but then got no connection with the technical support group when they transferred me. I will try again later.

What do you mean when you say 'bought a copy of Office Home and Student 2019? If you purchased a Product Key (25 characters) Go to: http://www.office.com/setup Make sure that you use the email address and password for a Microsoft Account. Also before you do this uninstall the free trial version of Office 365, which will have been installed on your new computer.
