We just bought a new computer and a copy of office home and student 2019 and can not get it to load.

From your Office Account at: https://account.microsoft.com/services/ Sign in with the same email address and password for the Microsoft Account that you used when you first setup Office.
this product key has already been used.. install from your microsoft account
