I've been updating videos for a number of my existing Sway documents and since 1/21, I've been unable to add new videos.
Getting the error "There's a problem and the video couldn't be added to your Sway. Try again."
I've tried with different Sway documents, on my home office WiFi as well as my office Wifi.
Logged out and back in, re-started my computer.
Is there any way to fix?
I've seen past issues (2018) in this question feed and the fix has been wait for 24 hours, which I have.
Anyone else having the same issue recently? And is there any fix?

I'm having the same issue - fine yesterday, but won't allow video uploads today
i'm trying to load from my pc into Sway. I've tried various file types and sizes. I can drop images in (although it is taking a while), but I can't add video or audio files
We are seeing the same thing, even with a 15 second video.
I am having the same problem, even when inserting the video from OneDrive. It was working fine last week and yesterday morning, but it hasn't worked since about noon yesterday. I'm inserting about 10 mb mp4 videos from OneDrive.
Thanks for the reports, we have found the issue and are working on a fix.
