Not Able to Post Videos to my Sway documents

I've been updating videos for a number of my existing Sway documents and since 1/21, I've been unable to add new videos. 

Getting the error "There's a problem and the video couldn't be added to your Sway. Try again."

I've tried with different Sway documents, on my home office WiFi as well as my office Wifi.

Logged out and back in, re-started my computer.

Is there any way to fix?  

I've seen past issues (2018) in this question feed and the fix has been wait for 24 hours, which I have.

Anyone else having the same issue recently? And is there any fix?

    This issue has been ongoing for a week now and after just checking again they still do not uplad. 

    The message continuously shows couldn't upload try again but i know its not the video fault as my daughter also has a sway account from her school and we uploaded the same video and on her account this works,

    Could you please look into it again thanks.

    The previously reported video upload issue was restricted to organizational accounts (like from a school or employer) whereas it appears your issue is happening with a personal account.  With personal accounts, videos are stored on your personal OneDrive account so the issue is likely that you are running out of space in your account.  Please try to upload the video directly to OneDrive to see if you get a different error there.
