Not Able to Post Videos to my Sway documents

I've been updating videos for a number of my existing Sway documents and since 1/21, I've been unable to add new videos. 

Getting the error "There's a problem and the video couldn't be added to your Sway. Try again."

I've tried with different Sway documents, on my home office WiFi as well as my office Wifi.

Logged out and back in, re-started my computer.

Is there any way to fix?  

I've seen past issues (2018) in this question feed and the fix has been wait for 24 hours, which I have.

Anyone else having the same issue recently? And is there any fix?

    Curious if you have found resolution to this?  I am having the same issue that I am not able to upload videos.

    Nope, still having issues.

    Using Chrome in Incognito has seemed to get them posted after 1-3 tries...

    Microsoft Sway team any answers or suggestions???

    Hi,

    I'm having the same issues with any uploads really. Some notes for context:

    • This happens regardless of document size.

    - Previously uploaded files are still on display and working, but if I want to upload them again, they can no longer be added to the Sway.

    • My colleagues at my company are experiencing the same issue.
    • The issue persists with new Sways created from scratch.
    • The only files I can add are the ones suggested by the app.

    I don't know if this is relevant in any way but we are reporting this from Europe.

    If anyone has an update, we'd be thankful to hear it.

    I tried pioneering the use of Sway at my high school, and indeed, it turns out videos cannot be added to presentations (other than through a 3rd party), so that puts an end to that endeavour for now. Sad, because the concept looks good, so if Microsoft fixes this I'll likely give it another try (I'm not holding my breath though).
