Thank you for your help Jason, I used the embedded file to add to SWAY instead.

I've been updating videos for a number of my existing Sway documents and since 1/21, I've been unable to add new videos.
Getting the error "There's a problem and the video couldn't be added to your Sway. Try again."
I've tried with different Sway documents, on my home office WiFi as well as my office Wifi.
Logged out and back in, re-started my computer.
Is there any way to fix?
I've seen past issues (2018) in this question feed and the fix has been wait for 24 hours, which I have.
Anyone else having the same issue recently? And is there any fix?

Lisa,
I'm going to send you a InPrivate message so that I can get more information from you about your issue to be able to investigate it more deeply.
Jason
I tried to add another video just to see by inserting through One Drive and it produces the same result . There is a problem and the video cannot be added. Try again.
That's good to hear, Lisa. Does that mean you're now able to get the video into your Sway or is it still resulting in an error, even when inserting from OneDrive?
Jason
Hi Jason
Yes. When I go to Sway, click on Media, Video, One Drive and it allows to be check and insert the video into Sway. Thank you for continuing to help!
