I've been updating videos for a number of my existing Sway documents and since 1/21, I've been unable to add new videos.
Getting the error "There's a problem and the video couldn't be added to your Sway. Try again."
I've tried with different Sway documents, on my home office WiFi as well as my office Wifi.
Logged out and back in, re-started my computer.
Is there any way to fix?
I've seen past issues (2018) in this question feed and the fix has been wait for 24 hours, which I have.
Anyone else having the same issue recently? And is there any fix?

Thank you for the update. We have been puzzling over this and wondering all sorts of things i.e. does duplication not like .png files so we tried only using .jpeg files and it still happened. Good to know it is a technical issue and not user error!

I am not able to reproduce the video processing issue. Does this happen with all videos or just certain ones? Does it happen if you try to insert a video from the Insert pane rather than doing a local upload? I ask because I wonder if the video you are using is either corrupt or an unsupported format. Also, uploads can sometimes fail due to network latency. Let me know what you find.
Also, David and Louise, thanks for reporting the issue about the inability to duplicate videos. We believe it is a new issue and are investigating it.

Is there an update on this? Sway video processing seems to be dead again on 10/8 as I've made several attempts with the same video.
I also get this problem with duplicated Sways. Whenever I make a duplicate, none of the video content is carried over. I get the same error message. The only way round it I have found is to delete the video card and re-upload the video. However, if the duplicate is from a colleague's Sway, I need to contact them to ask for the mp4 and captions files. Does anyone know how to get this to work?
Hello, I'm now having the same problem.
A Sway I created last week looks fine to me but others say they are unable to see some of the videos. I just tried duplicating it and the copy now says "There was a problem, and the video couldn't be added to your Sway. Try again." against all the video clips.
Is there a solution please?
