I've been updating videos for a number of my existing Sway documents and since 1/21, I've been unable to add new videos.
Getting the error "There's a problem and the video couldn't be added to your Sway. Try again."
I've tried with different Sway documents, on my home office WiFi as well as my office Wifi.
Logged out and back in, re-started my computer.
Is there any way to fix?
I've seen past issues (2018) in this question feed and the fix has been wait for 24 hours, which I have.
Anyone else having the same issue recently? And is there any fix?

I recorded a screen cast today (as MP4) and tried to upload it but I'm getting the same error. I converted it to an animated GIF and it worked. However, I prefer to use a video.
Good question, Zariah. While you cannot do this when uploading or inserting a video, you can get this to work if you use the Embed feature. Go to YouTube and grab the embed code for a video, add "?autoplay=1" to the end of the source URL, and stick that into an Embed card in Sway. Hope this works for you.

Hi I have uploaded videos and audio files to my sway but when I press play it is skipping past these files .how do I get sway to play the videos and audio?

We are not currently tracking any issues where videos fail to upload (just duplicate). If you video is failing to upload into Sway it could be because it is a non-supported format, network latency, or size of the video. Are you able to get other videos to work?

Hey Jason,
We downloaded these videos directly from a Teams Live event so they should be in the proper format. I've done this with videos from Streams -> Sway without an issue but for some reason, these from the live events will not post.
It looks like we get past the uploading piece fine and the actual transcoding is where it fails.
