Not Able to Post Videos to my Sway documents

I've been updating videos for a number of my existing Sway documents and since 1/21, I've been unable to add new videos. 

Getting the error "There's a problem and the video couldn't be added to your Sway. Try again."

I've tried with different Sway documents, on my home office WiFi as well as my office Wifi.

Logged out and back in, re-started my computer.

Is there any way to fix?  

I've seen past issues (2018) in this question feed and the fix has been wait for 24 hours, which I have.

Anyone else having the same issue recently? And is there any fix?

    The file of the MOV was not overly larger then MP4.

    Hi Jason, my files are not that big (they're just screencasts that last a few seconds) and I have never been able to upload any of the MP4 files (although, I have only started using Sway very recently). My internet connection is fast and reliable, so I doubt that's the problem. One thing  though, the error message appears very soon after I try to upload; it's not like it tries to upload for a while and then the error appears. I don't know if that's something of note.

    Hi Lisa, did you note the difference in the size of the file between the two formats? I'm curious because MOV is supposed to be way bigger than MP4 and may cause problems, I believe.

    Yeah, it seems pointless as this (instability) has been ongoing for years (as noted in my research). It never worked for me from the beginning (although, I only started using it very recently). I just converted my MP4 files to animated GIFs and used those instead. It's not ideal, but it serves my purposes sufficiently.

    It's happening when I post from my lap top and if I log in on my tablet and try to upload a video from there the same thing happens
