Not Able to Post Videos to my Sway documents

I've been updating videos for a number of my existing Sway documents and since 1/21, I've been unable to add new videos. 

Getting the error "There's a problem and the video couldn't be added to your Sway. Try again."

I've tried with different Sway documents, on my home office WiFi as well as my office Wifi.

Logged out and back in, re-started my computer.

Is there any way to fix?  

I've seen past issues (2018) in this question feed and the fix has been wait for 24 hours, which I have.

Anyone else having the same issue recently? And is there any fix?

    Are you able to successfully upload the video to OneDrive and then see it listed as something insertable from OneDrive from within Sway?

    Thank you Jason for your quick response.  Much appreciate that.!  The smaller video does work my two minute video that I downloaded to One Drive provides the same response.  There is a problem and the video cannot be added to your sway. Try again.

    Hi Lisa,

    Can you try uploading a smaller video and see if it works?  Internet speed can affect this and it's possible that bandwidth in your area is currently getting in the way.  If that is the problem, the good news is that it could start working if performance picks up.  If this is a personal account (as opposed to one provided by a business or school) you could also try uploading it straight to OneDrive and then going into Sway and choosing the already uploaded video from the OneDrive source.

    Let me know what you find.

    I tried again and receiving the same error. There is a problem and the video cannot be added to your sway. Try again. 

    I downloaded the video from Stream and saved it.  Could that be the problem?  Thank you

    This issue should be fixed now.  Please respond if you are still experiencing issues with videos in Sway.
