one drive error "your onedrive folder can't be created in the location you selected"

I have this error "your onedrive folder can't be created in the location you selected" I had onedrive working fine on my computer for a long time then over the weekend it stopped working and now I have this error. I have tried the following

1. Remove Onedrive and reinstall it.
2. It works on other drives but I want all my Data on my Data drive
3. I have trie downloading and installing OneDrive to the targeted drive, check if the OneDrive can recognize the drive as a right location. You can have a try to see the result, this I can do but it keeps coming up with the same error
4. I have right clicked my targeted drive >  properties > Security > and checked that I have the Full control permission of the drive.
5. Create a new test Windows user profile to see the result.

As the issue persists here is the information below:
