    Greg,

    I purchased mine through work and the HUP program.  I have the download and key but when I download it never asks for the key and the computer continues to run Office 365 even after saying that Office Professional Plus 2019 was installed.  What do I do to get 2019 to run?

    I have received the conformation email, and payd for it on my Visa Card. Order number 1160 was received on my email.

    This is has been a real frustrating experience after I bought Office Prof 2019. Not sure how to install. I thought it will be easy like other older version of Office. But it seems like you need to be some kind of geek to install office 2019. 

    1. First problem - as soon as you update your windows, office license vanishes from the machine. You have to figure out how to install it again. 
    2. When you try to install it, it will say it is installed but it is a herculean task to find out where your installation gone. Really a frustrating ordeal. 

    It is  really sad to see how installation of these basis apps has not been tested for easy of use. 

    I have no hope that I will find any support in this forum nor there is any contact center number that I can call to take help. Good luck to me as I already spent the money. 

    Kudos to Microsoft for screwing up my work!!! :( :(
