    How and from where did you purchase it? Usually you should receive a confirmation email with instructions how to download it.

    I received it through an e-mail. Order Numb<removed> I was unable to load it on my home computer (Widows 7). I then tried to load in on my laptop (Windows 10) and is advised that the key has already been used. Can you help me?

    I received it through an e-mail. Order Number 9354438895. I was unable to load it on my home computer (Widows 7). I then tried to load in on my laptop (Windows 10) and is advised that the key has already been used. Can you help me?

    I had Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019. I purchased another computer, does anyone have a link I can download the software
