    Yes, its best to uninstall the old version first.

    I found if you have 2 running when you work, it still can open either of them - creating more work.

    I purchased office professional plus 2019.  I have the product key and need to download it to my computer.  I need assistance on doing that.

    When you install the program, it should offer you an opportunity to enter your key. If you have problems installing, you can have a Microsoft technician to help.

    Hi

    You will have a micrososof account for you email. 

    If not google micrososoft and create a new account.

    When you open micrososft account then you can add the product key..
