I purchased Office Professional Plus 2019. How do I download an ISO? Give me a link.

This is just an FYI for everyone with this question:

If you have a valid product key for Microsoft Office but do not have software, you can download the 32-bit version of Office using Microsoft's download links.  However, Microsoft does not make the 64-bit version available for download.  They have not made 64-bit downloads downloadable for many years now, and it seems they have no intentions to changing this.  Why they do not allow 64-bit downloads is a mystery.

I used to be able to contact installation support for help getting a 64-bit download.  They would confirm my product key and provide a download of the 64-bit installer.  For Office 2019, however, support refused to provide an installer for my valid product key.  They did not provide a valid reason for not providing a download, and I assume it is due to a sub-contractor for MS who simply did not want to do it.  He basically stated that he cannot due to Office being commercial software.  I had a valid product key that I purchased, so this reasoning made no sense.

What I think needs to happen is that the Office install site must support both 32-bit and 64-bit downloads for all valid product keys.  It only provides 64-bit downloads for some product keys and not all.  It does provide 32-bit downloads for all product keys.

I bought Office 2019 Plus from a retailer online but I would feel more comfortable downloading direct from Microsoft. Is that possible?
